WolfX + QuickBooks

Last updated: June 2026

WolfX can help turn your QuickBooks Online accounting data into evidence-backed recovery workflows. Using a read-only connection, WolfX reads your invoice list and customer details (number, customer, balance, dates and status) so you can review overdue invoices and prepare a Letter Before Action or Court Readiness Pack. WolfX uses a read-only connection. It does not write anything back to your accounting tool, does not change invoice or payment status there, does not collect payments, and is not an official partner. Imported invoices arrive paused for your review before any action. If you prefer, CSV or manual import is always available instead.

What is the QuickBooks connection for?

The connection saves re-keying invoice data. Where QuickBooks Online is connected, WolfX reads your overdue invoices and the customer details attached to them, so you can review which debts to pursue and assemble the evidence in one place. QuickBooks Online only (QuickBooks Desktop is not supported).

What does WolfX read from QuickBooks?

WolfX reads your invoice list and customer details (number, customer, balance, dates and status). That is enough to build an organised view of who owes what, since when, and against which customer. Imported invoices arrive paused for your review — nothing is chased automatically.

What does WolfX NOT do with QuickBooks?

WolfX uses a read-only connection. It does not write anything back to your accounting tool, does not change invoice or payment status there, does not collect payments, and is not an official partner. Imported invoices arrive paused for your review before any action.

How do you set it up?

Connecting uses QuickBooks Online’s standard authorisation, granting WolfX read-only access. You stay in control of which invoices become recovery cases and can disconnect at any time. If a connection is not available for your setup, use the CSV fallback below.

What if you can’t connect — is there a fallback?

Yes. CSV or manual import is always available. Upload your overdue invoices as a spreadsheet (debtor name, email, invoice number, issue and due dates, amount, currency) and WolfX builds the same recovery workflow without any connection. The CSV path is the simplest way to get started.

WolfX is software for evidence-backed invoice recovery workflows. WolfX is not a law firm, debt collection agency, court, or payment processor. This site provides general information, not legal advice.
