How much does WolfX cost?
Solo costs £799 per month or £2,199 per quarter. It includes 1,800 Recovery Credits, 400 Message Credits and 45 Voice Minutes each month. Team costs £1,499 per month or £4,149 per quarter. It includes 3,600 Recovery Credits, 800 Message Credits and 90 Voice Minutes each month, with access for up to 100 seats.
Monthly billing is selected by default. Quarterly billing is recommended and gives the better effective rate, but it does not release three months of capacity at once: the normal monthly allowance is released at each monthly boundary. Plan activation remains operator- or provider-confirmed; selecting a plan does not by itself create a subscription.

What legal workflow use is included?
Every active Solo or Team plan includes one Letter Before Action workflow and one Court Readiness Pack workflow. Additional use is charged at the fixed prices below. These are software workflows and evidence outputs, not legal advice, court filing or physical-post dispatch.

Is there manual or operator-assisted onboarding?
Yes. Many businesses are onboarded with operator assistance, so we can help set up your organisation, connect the records that matter, and make sure your first case is structured correctly before you rely on it. This is a hands-on setup step rather than self-service only, and it is part of getting you to a usable Letter Before Action or Court Readiness Pack quickly.
Operator-assisted onboarding does not change what WolfX is: the output is software-generated documentation and a place to organise evidence. WolfX does not give legal advice, and it does not act for you in court.
Do you take a cut of what I recover?
No. WolfX is software, not a collections agency, so there is no commission and no percentage taken from recovered amounts. You pay for the tools you use to prepare your recovery workflow, and anything you recover is yours. This is a deliberate difference from commission-based recovery agencies, which typically charge a share of what they collect.
WolfX also does not collect debtor payments directly — money owed to you is paid to you, not to WolfX. We help you prepare and organise the evidence and documents; we do not handle the funds.
What is WolfX not?
WolfX is not a law firm, a solicitor, a court, or a regulated debt collector, and it is not a payment processor. It does not guarantee that you will recover a debt. It does not currently file court claims for you, it does not collect debtor payments directly, and it does not currently send physical post. A Court Readiness Pack helps you organise your case for review — it is not a court filing and not an official or certified court document.

What am I paying for?
You are paying for software that helps you prepare evidence-backed recovery workflows — a Letter Before Action, a Court Readiness Pack, and an Evidence Vault to store and reference your records. You are not paying for a guaranteed outcome or for the money you recover.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a strict 14-day conditional money-back guarantee. Deploy the WolfX protocol (generate a Letter Before Action in the platform and send it to a genuine debtor within your first 14 days); if it fails to secure your cash or a legally valid court trail, we refund every penny of your first payment.
