WolfX Pricing
Last updated: June 2026
What does WolfX charge for?
WolfX charges for software that helps you prepare evidence-backed recovery workflows. You are paying for the tools and the structured output they produce — a Letter Before Action, a Court Readiness Pack, and a place to store and reference your records. You are not paying a share of anything you recover, and there is no per-cent charge on collected amounts.
We currently set pricing directly with each business rather than publishing a fixed price list, because the right package depends on whether you need a single Letter Before Action, a full Court Readiness Pack, or both, and how many cases you expect to run. The fastest way to get a figure is to start a recovery case or contact us.
What do you get per product?
WolfX is organised around a few clear products. Each is software that helps you produce or store recovery evidence:
| Product | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| LBA (digital) | Helps you prepare a Letter Before Action as a digital document, with overdue-invoice details and supporting evidence organised for review. | Contact us |
| Court Readiness Pack | Helps you assemble an organised pack of your case evidence and references for internal, solicitor, compliance or pre-action review. It is not a court filing or an official court document. | Contact us |
| Evidence Vault | A place to store and reference invoices, correspondence and records linked to a recovery case so the evidence stays together. | Contact us |
| LBA + Court bundle | Both the digital Letter Before Action and the Court Readiness Pack workflow for the same case, so the evidence flows from one stage to the next. | Contact us |
Is there manual or operator-assisted onboarding?
Yes. Many businesses are onboarded with operator assistance, so we can help set up your organisation, connect the records that matter, and make sure your first case is structured correctly before you rely on it. This is a hands-on setup step rather than self-service only, and it is part of getting you to a usable Letter Before Action or Court Readiness Pack quickly.
Operator-assisted onboarding does not change what WolfX is: the output is software-generated documentation and a place to organise evidence. WolfX does not give legal advice, and it does not act for you in court.
Do you take a cut of what I recover?
No. WolfX is software, not a collections agency, so there is no commission and no percentage taken from recovered amounts. You pay for the tools you use to prepare your recovery workflow, and anything you recover is yours. This is a deliberate difference from commission-based recovery agencies, which typically charge a share of what they collect.
WolfX also does not collect debtor payments directly — money owed to you is paid to you, not to WolfX. We help you prepare and organise the evidence and documents; we do not handle the funds.
What is WolfX not?
WolfX is not a law firm, a solicitor, a court, or a regulated debt collector, and it is not a payment processor. It does not guarantee that you will recover a debt. It does not currently file court claims for you, it does not collect debtor payments directly, and it does not currently send physical post. A Court Readiness Pack helps you organise your case for review — it is not a court filing and not an official or certified court document.
WolfX is software for evidence-backed invoice recovery workflows. WolfX is not a law firm, debt collection agency, court, or payment processor. This site provides general information, not legal advice.
Frequently asked questions
What am I paying for?
You are paying for software that helps you prepare evidence-backed recovery workflows — a Letter Before Action, a Court Readiness Pack, and an Evidence Vault to store and reference your records. You are not paying for a guaranteed outcome or for the money you recover.
Is there manual onboarding?
Yes. Many businesses are onboarded with operator assistance so we can set up your organisation, connect the right records, and make sure your first case is structured correctly. The output is still software-generated documentation and an evidence store, not legal advice.
Do you take a cut of what I recover?
No. WolfX is software, not a collections agency, so there is no commission and no percentage taken from recovered amounts. You pay for the tools you use; anything you recover is yours. WolfX does not collect debtor payments directly.
Do you offer refunds?
If something has gone wrong with your purchase, contact us and we will look at your situation. Because pricing and packages are set up directly with each business, refund questions are handled case by case rather than under a single blanket policy.
