The WolfX Court Readiness Pack

Last updated: June 2026

A WolfX Court Readiness Pack is a structured, book-style evidence pack that pulls together everything you hold on an overdue B2B invoice — identity, ledger, compliance, communications and stored records — into one ordered document. It is built for internal or solicitor review. It is not a court filing and not legally certified.

What is a Court Readiness Pack?

The Court Readiness Pack is the way WolfX organises the evidence behind a disputed or unpaid invoice. Rather than leaving facts scattered across emails, accounting exports and PDFs, the pack arranges them into a single, paginated document with a clear order — so a colleague, a manager, or a solicitor can read the whole story of a debt from start to finish.

It is best thought of as a tidy evidence binder, not a legal instrument. WolfX is software that helps you prepare and present your own records. The pack carries no official status, is not issued or stamped by any court, and does not change the underlying merits of your claim.

What is inside the pack?

A typical pack is organised into ordered sections, each summarising one part of the evidence you already hold:

SectionWhat it contains
Identity and liabilityWho the debtor is, the contracting parties, and the basis on which the sum is said to be owed.
Financial ledgerThe invoice, amounts, due dates, any part-payments, and the outstanding balance.
Compliance matrixA checklist of the steps taken — terms, reminders, and any pre-action correspondence.
Communication timelineA dated record of contact about the debt, in chronological order.
Evidence Vault referencesPointers to the underlying documents you have stored, so each claim is traceable to a source.
Cryptographic indexA hash-based index that records platform integrity of the assembled files — not a legal certification.

The cryptographic index is an integrity feature of the WolfX platform. It lets you and your reviewer confirm that the files referenced in the pack are the same files WolfX assembled, by recording a hash for each item. It is a technical check of platform integrity only. It does not certify the truth, accuracy, or legal effect of any document, and it is not a form of legal certification or authentication.

Who is the pack for?

The pack is built for the people who review a debt before any decision is taken. That includes your own finance or credit-control team carrying out an internal review, a manager deciding whether to escalate, a compliance reviewer, or a solicitor you instruct to advise on next steps. By giving each of them the same ordered evidence, the pack helps everyone work from one consistent picture rather than a pile of loose attachments.

What is the pack not?

It is important to be clear about the limits. A Court Readiness Pack is not a court filing, and generating one does not start or progress any court proceedings. It is not an official or certified court document, and it carries no court seal, status, or approval. It is not legal advice, and WolfX is not a law firm or a regulated debt collector. WolfX does not file court claims for you, does not collect payments on your behalf, and does not guarantee that any debt will be recovered.

The pack organises evidence you already hold. Whether that evidence supports a claim, and what to do with it, are questions for you and, where appropriate, your solicitor.

How is the pack generated?

You build a case in WolfX by adding the invoice, the debtor details, and any supporting records to the Evidence Vault. WolfX then assembles those inputs into the ordered sections above, builds the communication timeline from the contact you have logged, and records a hash for each referenced file in the cryptographic index. The result is a single book-style document you can read on screen, export, and share with an internal reviewer or your solicitor.

Because the pack is generated from your own inputs, its quality reflects the records you provide. The more complete and accurate your Evidence Vault, the more useful the pack will be for review.

WolfX is software for evidence-backed invoice recovery workflows. WolfX is not a law firm, debt collection agency, court, or payment processor. This site provides general information, not legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Court Readiness Pack a court filing?

No. It is a structured evidence pack for internal or solicitor review. Generating one does not start, file, or progress any court proceedings, and WolfX does not file court claims for you.

Is the pack legally certified?

No. The pack is not legally certified and carries no official or court status. The cryptographic index only records platform integrity of the assembled files — it is not a legal certification or authentication.

Can my solicitor use it?

Yes — it is designed to be read by a solicitor you instruct, alongside other reviewers. It presents your evidence in one ordered document so they can advise on next steps. WolfX provides the software; it does not give legal advice.

Does the pack guarantee I will win?

No. WolfX does not guarantee recovery or any outcome. The pack organises the evidence you already hold; whether that evidence supports a claim is a matter for you and, where appropriate, your solicitor.
