These are the ten housebuilders that paid their suppliers the most money in their latest reports to the government, one company per group. Each dot is your 6 May bill, on 30-day terms, paid on that company’s own average.

Berkeley Homes Public Limited Company and Crest Nicholson PLC: 1 November 2025 to 30 April 2026. Hill Partnerships Limited: 1 July to 31 December 2025. Bellway Homes Limited: 1 February to 31 July 2026. The other six: 1 January to 30 June 2026. “Late” is each company’s own figure for bills not paid within the agreed terms. Of the 3,254 companies whose latest report covers January to June 2026, the middle one pays in 32 days, on average.
