Countryside Properties (UK) Limited, part of Vistry Group, pays in 52 days, on average. That bill is paid on 27 June. Three weeks after it is due. And 64% of its bills, by its own report, were not paid within the time it had agreed.

Countryside Properties (UK) Limited, 1 January to 30 June 2026: an average of 52 days to pay; 21% of invoices paid within 30 days; 24% paid later than 60 days; 64% not paid within the agreed terms. Of the £724m it paid in those six months, £403m was paid later than agreed.
