Apex Recovery is a B2B software and workflow service. Any subscription, onboarding, or usage fees are governed by the commercial agreement or checkout terms shown at purchase.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation by contacting founder@usewolfx.com. Cancellation timing and access changes depend on the active plan or written agreement.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider.
